Early C19.
Two-storey 2-window, small square plan, stone rubble blocks with brick upper gable ends and dentil eaves course, slate roof, central brick stack. Four windows around central door, all arch-headed two-light casements, those on the ground floor retain iron intersecting tracery.
Interior unaltered; 2 tiny ground floor rooms with cast iron fire surrounds and mantel shelves.
Interesting survival of unspoilt workers cottage in local vernacular tradition with Gothic Revival influence.
