Early C19 single-storey cottage, whitewashed rubble stone with grouted slate roof and whitewashed stone end stacks, larger to left. One small window, door with timber lintel and one 4-pane sash with timber lintel. W end small loft light. Slightly lower section to left with slate roof, chimney backing on main house stack and one window. Door at E end.
Small single-storey outbuilding attached at right angles to SE angle.
Interior has altered lintel to large chimney.
Included as well-preserved example of traditional single-storey cottage in the area.
