Early C19 farmhouse in rubble stone with grouted slate roof, stone end wall stacks and asymmetrical two-storey three-window front. Ground floor has centre door and 12-pane sash each side, all with brick heads. A blocked door with similar head is to left of centre. Upper floor has small square sashes just breaking eaves, two 12-pane sashes and one 9-pane (all of same size), only the right window aligned with ground floor opening. Painted slate sills. Whitewashed S end wall and stone SW rear wing with big stone porch, side-entry facing E, and window each side. One upper window.
Large inglenook fireplace and W end of rear wing.
Group value with Church of St Gwyndaf.
