Exterior

Earlier C19 estate coach house in rubble stone with hipped slate roof. Single storey with one broad camber-headed entry in S end wall and two to left side of W wall, with small window to right. Cut-stone voussoirs and keystones. 9-bay collar truss roof and dividing wall between S end section and rest.

Reasons for Listing

Part of good estate farm group at Berry Hill, the stable and coach-house little altered, the rest much extended and altered.
