History

Early C19 former service wing of Berry Hill House

Exterior

Roughcast with slate roof and two stone ridge stacks. Two storeys. 6-pane sashes above and 12-pane below, one window range to left of door, two-window range to right. At left end a hipped wing comes forward with one ground floor cambered headed window in end wall with cut stone voussoirs. C20 window. New slated and roughcast porch proposed for rear elevation (1992).
