Exterior

Early to mid C19 rubble stone circular limekiln, built into bank with opposed low kiln-eyes of Dewisland type, tapering heads under short stone-slab lintels. Infilled crucible.

One of a pair at the foot of Solva Hill, the other mostly demolished. Adjacent (and not included) is the former two-storey storehouse built into the bank.

Deteriorating condition.
