History

Not marked on 1836 sale plan of Lower Solva, nor on 1838 Tithe Map.

Exterior

Mid C19 substantial villa, square plan with low-pitched hipped slate eaves roof. Squared rubble stone, with grey stone band over basement. Black C20 brick end stacks. Paired square brackets to eaves. Two-storey, 3-window front of large sashes with marginal glazing bars, slate sills and painted brick flush frames. Lower sashes are larger. Central 4-panel door with traceried fanlight set deep in raised painted brick arched surround. East end has basement opening to left and centre arch-headed door. West end has one window each floor and basement door.
