Exterior

Dated 1816 and 1858, facade probably redecorated 1858 but substantially of 1816. Large chapel with painted rendered south gable front and slate eaves roofs. Front is of cream-painted scribed render with red-brown raised angle strips, pointed moulded hoods to centre door and large pointed 40-pane window each side. Intersecting glazing bars to window heads and painted slate sills. Double panelled doors with Y-tracery head and intersecting glazing bars. Between window heads two raised inscription strips reading ‘1816 CROESGOCH 1858’ above and ‘CAPEL Y BEDYDDWYR’ below. In gable large circular window, probably of 1858 with 8-lobed rose and quatrefoil centre; raised moulded surround. Two-storey rubble stone side elevations with 2-window range of 30-pane sashes. Rubble plinth with slate course. Two long, pointed - arched north end windows.

Interior

Interior: fine early C19 interior with panel-fronted gallery on three sides carried on 4 x 3 painted timber columns on high bases. Complete set of box pews. Painted graining. Panelled pulpit, mahogany colour, probably later. Forecourt enclosed by low rubble walls with rendered gatepiers, concave caps and iron spearhead gates.
