Later C19 large two-storey outbuilding, cowhouse and loft with single storey N end section. Rubble stone with slate steep pitched roofs. Main range W front has three ground floor doors with red brick cambered heads, outside steps to right up to loft door. Two small central loft windows, north stack. Lean to range along rear and south end, hipped at SE angle. Two doors in south end.
Part of an unusually large and distinctive later C19 farmstead, probably all rebuilt after 1857 when a sale map shows a different layout.
Condition: Poor.
