Early to mid C19 cottage in colourwashed rendered rubble stone with grouted slate roof and stone and stacks. Two storeys, double-fronted with two C19 plate glass sashes each floor smaller above, slate sills, and centre doorway with C20 door. Lean-to addition to north, flat-roofed addition to south. Painted rubble garden wall.
Included for group value with Abereiddy Mill, which stands opposite.
