Ca1800 look-out tower. Circular coursed rubble stone structure, roofless and with three plain square-headed openings and one door, all with slate lintels. Fireplace within and one shallow alcove.
Condition: Fair.
Purpose and date of the building are unknown, it appears to be a navigational aid. A building on the site is marked on the old series Ordnance Survey map of 1843-63. It is suggested that this may be a lookout built after the 1798 invasion scare.
