Probably the house marked as item 17 on 1847 Tithe Map, the house owned by David Evans of Neuadd and occupied by Thomas Jones.
House in painted roughcast and stucco with slate roof and roughcast end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of hornless 12-pane sashes with centre ledged door. Painted stucco quoins and surrounds, slate sills. House is raised on terrace with roughcast front walls, passage to right to basement door.
One of the least altered houses of the row, still with original small-paned windows.
