Terraced house, unpainted stucco with slate eaves roof, bracket eaves and left end stone stack. Two-storey three-window range of original hornless 12-pane sashes with slate sills and centre 4-panel door with small-paned overlight and panelled reveals. Stucco quoins and window surrounds linked vertically with panels between floors, similar to No 9. Narrow front garden enclosed by low iron railings with dog-bars, matching gate.
Listed as the least altered house in the terrace, built after 1847 and before 1887. Group value, as part of little altered terrace.
