History

Later C19. Not marked on 1847 Tithe Map; shown on 1887 OS Map.

Exterior

Terraced house, stucco with slate eaves roof, bracketed eaves and stone left hand stack. Two-storey two-window range of original 12-pane sashes with cambered heads and thin slate sills. Four-panel door with overlight in early C20 glazed timber porch with sidelights, top lights, door with etched and stained glass panels, notched cornice and flat roof. Stucco quoins to right side and stucco window hoods.

Reasons for Listing

Listed as one of the least altered houses in typical New Quay terraced row, still with original glazing, and typical c1900 porch.
