History

Mid C19.

Exterior

Terraced house, painted roughcast with stucco dressings, flat-eaved slate roof and red brick end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of earlier C20 plate glass sashes with stained glass top strips and painted slate sills. Centre door in early C20 glazed timber porch with leaded lights, stained glass and flat corniced roof. C20 dormer. Stucco channelled quoins and surrounds with keystones.

Included for group value with Nos 1 to 16 High Terrace, built after 1848.
