Mid C19
Terraced house in painted stucco with slate eaves roof and stone end stacks. Two-story three-window range of plate glass sashes and centre arched doorway. Painted slate sills, stucco window hoods and angle quoins. Original 3-panel front door with moulded panels, panelled reveals and plain fanlight, set in hoop-top porch with two timber Ionic columns and fretted edging to hoop.
A good example of typical New Quay terraced house with original front door and porch. Deeds of adjoining No 10 date from 1849 and ground to S was then unbuilt, No 11 was probably built c1850-1.
