History

Mid C19

Exterior

House in unpainted roughcast and stucco with slate eaves roof and stone end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of original hornless 12-pane sashes with slate sills. Centre door and overlight. Raised unpainted angle strips and sill band. Rubble stone end walls, loft window to N end. Rear wall has additional floor at basement level. 12-pane sashes and centre door replacing stair light.

Reasons for Listing

Listed as a good late Georgian style house with original windows. Not marked on 1847 Tithe Map. Street was formerly known as Mason's Row.
