Mid C19 village house, not marked on 1840 Tithe Map.
Unpainted roughcast with stucco dressings, bracket eaves, slate roof and roughcast end stacks. Two-storey, three-window range of hornless 12-pane sashes with centre ledged door and radiating-bar fanlight. Openings have plain raised surrounds, angles have channelled piers.
House is built on a terrace, but left side has access way to basement door. Stable door with strap hinges.
