3-storey and basement, 4-window roughcast front with end pilaster strips and plinth, to structure with earlier origins as shown on 1834 survey map. Slate roof, heightened brick end chimney stacks, wide bracket eaves. Tripartite sash glazing and alternate splayed bays with dentil cornices to each floor. Boarded door to left, half glazed door to right under deep panelled door.
