Bandstand erected in 1900, to plans of 1899. Given by James Davies of the Towy Works.
Octagonal bandstand with octagonal metal-clad roof. Bellcast lower roof and then similarly bellcast top section with finial. Cast-iron cresting along outer edge. Flat boarded ceiling within carried on 8 cast-iron fluted thin columns with shaft rings and other decoration, carrying pierced cast-iron triple brackets. Ornate cast-iron railing between each column, thickly detailed. Steps up on N side. Rendered plinth with limestone corner stones and yellow brick coping.
Included as a late Victorian park bandstand, a principal feature of a complete park of 1900.
