C17 timber-framed building with early C19 features.
2 storey, box frame, brick nogged square panels on brick and rubble plinth. Steeply pitched slate roof, plain eaves. Rubble base and later brick to projecting, stepped end chimney. Truncated stack. Pair of shallow 2 light casements under eaves to 1st floor windows. Small 20 paned bowed oriel on brackets to ground floor right. Early C19 doorcase. Gabled hood on brackets, plank door. Brick staircase, stone treads. 3 light window to gable end. 2 window rear elevation. Small paned early C19 fixed light to 1st floor, Victorian sashes to ground floor, moulded wooden architraves.
Axial chamfered beams, C19 staircase and late C19 cast iron range.
