History

Late C18 or early C19 house. Formerly had wrought-iron balcony to first floor.

Exterior

House. Three storeys; three-window front, roughcast. Slate roof with slightly overhanging eaves. Cement rendered architraves, bands at second and first floor levels, quoins and plinth. On second floor, 9-pane sash windows in reveals, centre window with horns. On first floor, three tall two-light casement windows with margin lights. On ground floor, 12-pane sash window either side of central round-headed and pedimented doorcase with pilasters, enriched frieze blocks, plain semi-circular fanlight, panelled reveals and four-panelled door.

Earlier C19 in present form.
