Smaller house with lower roofline than No.10. Roughcast. Slate roof. Two-storeys and attic, three window front. Two camber-headed attic dormers with small-pane windows. Twelve-pane sash windows, but central first floor windowis blind. Central doorway with pedimented Doric doorcase, six-panelled door. Doorway approached via double stone stairway with wrought iron railings.
