Mid C19, late Georgian, 3 storey, 2 window house. Pebbledash on rubble with cement eaves band and plinth. Moderately pitched slate roof, oversailing eaves with leaded lander on paired brackets. Pebbledashed stack.
Shallow upper sashes to 9 pane 2nd floor windows over a heavy dentil cornice, cement rendered. 12 pane sash windows to 1st floor. Similar to ground floor offset to right.
Classical doorcase to left, reeded pilasters, open pediment, dentils. Round arched doorway. Segmental fanlight over modern panelled door.
Round arched tunnel passage to extreme left, cement architrave. Timber scantling to rubble wall within passage.
