History

Late C19 or early C20; formerly part of No 3 Market Square.

Exterior

Three storey, one window front, offset to R. Rendered with moulded quoins to L ; slate roof, chimney to L. gabled dormer above eaves, plain bargeboards, tile finial, 3-light small-pane casement window with lugged architrave. First floor has canted oriel with 18-pane sashes, moulded cornice, panelled aprons. On ground floor, tripartite sash window with small-pane sash glazing. Modern doorway to L.
