Circa 1850 terraced house stepped uphill from No 50. Painted stucco with slate roof and rendered W end stack. Two-storey three-window front of C20 16-pane sashes, central arched doorway with original 6-panel door and traceried fanlight. Modillions over door.
Not marked on 1848 Meyrick estate map, but built shortly afterwards.
