Medieval house traditionally known as the 'Place of Arms', perhaps becomming mutated to 'palace'. Probably the place where the manorial court of Manorbier and Penally was held. An elongated building containing first-floor hall and possible parlour, and vaulted undercroft in two unequal sections. Limestone masonry with slate roof. (Photo Oct 2010).
