Mainly early C16; the church was dedicated to St Dwynwen, the Welsh St Valentine and Welsh patroness of lovers.
Cruciform plan church of which foundations and parts of the SE transept and walls at the SW corner of the nave remain. Built of rubble with brown sandstone dressings. The walls of the SE transept present the most complete of the remains, the SE wall still standing above the height of the window.
Included for its historic interest as the now picturesque ruins of a C16 church which retain substantial detail.
