The building is constructed of red sandstone rubble. It is a three storey central entrance house with an additional service wing to the left. Three sash windows with glazing bars, 8 over 8 panes on the ground and first floors and 4 over 8 on the top floor. The central doorway has a plain door with a flat hood on brackets, this is an alteration since listing in 1972. Slate roof with gable ends and stacks. Two storey service extension on the left. This has a plain door, a 3 over 6 pane sash to each floor and a gable end stack to the left.
