Three storey, three window house, stucco, roof behind parapet. Second floor has three 6-pane hornless sash windows. First floor has three 16-pane hornless sash windows. On ground floor, central doorway under flat-roofed Doric porch; door has glazed upper panels and panelled jambs. To L, modern extension. Right return has ground floor round-headed doorway, and towards rear, sash window to each floor. Two-window rear elevation; modern conservatory extension.
Included as good example of small country house of the period.
Small country house bears dated sill "JSMW 1808".
