Late 17th century. 2-storey, 3-bay narrow house. Pink harl.
SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: advanced bay to far right (part of former forestair); ground and 1st floor window. Entrance door in left return. Raggles of former forestair visible; exposed stones advanced to right of door. Ground floor window to left of advanced bay; window (former door) to far left. 2 1st floor windows (bipartite to right).
SW ELEVATION: attached to 10 Back Causeway, Ferguson's House.
NW ELEVATION: partially seen, 2001; slightly advanced 2-storey outshot to right; advanced piended wing to left.
NE ELEVATION: attached to Rowanbank.
Replacement, centrally hung, pivot timber windows. Replacement timber boarded door. Pitched roof; clay pantiles. Piended roof to rear left outshot, clay pantiles. Gable apex stacks.
INTERIOR: not seen, 2001.
Formerly listed as Ingleneuk, Hatta faces Back Causeway which follows the line of an earlier street which ran from the Abbey to the Sandhaven. Hatta has lost its forestair which extended south westwards from the principal elevation projection. Hatta was internally restored in 1970.
