Early 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay pair of former mirrored houses (altered to shopfront to outer right). Sandstone rubble; ashlar dressings. Base course; eaves course; cornice; blocking course; strip quoins. Painted margins to openings.
NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2 central square-headed entrances; recessed timber doors; letterbox fanlights; additional narrow window to centre; 2 single windows aligned above at 1st floor; regular fenestration to remaining bays; bay to right at ground altered to modern shopfront, modern entrance door to left.
Plate glass and 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; rooflight; stone skews; coped brick gablehead stack to right; circular cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
Good example of early 19th century housing, adjacent to the lower Nos 18 and 20 Fullarton Street (see separate list description).
