12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar gablehead stacks.
INTERIOR: not seen (1998) but reported to retain original details.
BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble boundary walls with keel-shaped coping to Seafield Street, rubble terracing to crematorium.
Sited between the raised ground of the Eastern General Hospital, the former railway line and the Seafield Crematorium, Filliside House achieves a surprising seclusion and is a well-designed period villa.
