Circa 1910. Single storey cottage over boat-port, creating symmetrical boat house with Swiss Cottage and Tudor influence. Harled walls with applied decorative half-timbering and timber detailing. Bracketted timber band course at principal floor.
SW (ENTRANCE) GABLE: symmetrical, 3 bays, lower boat-port on falling ground to rear; principal floor comprising door at centre framed by strip pilasters with bracketted timber canopy above; 8-pane timber fixed-lights in flanking bays, half-timbering to elevation and gablehead.
SE ELEVATION: blank lower stage; shouldered single flue stack corbelled out at centre and rising through chimneygable breaking eaves; 4-pane timber casement windows flanking, half-timbered elevation to left of centre, open timber-balustraded balcony to right.
NE GABLE: boat-port doors to lower storey, timber balustraded arcaded balcony to principal floor with half-timbered gable oversailing.
NW ELEVATION: door off-set to right of centre at laigh storey; 8-light mullioned and transomed timber oriel window centred at principal floor; casements and multi-pane glazing to lower and upper lights respectively, slender bracketted timber columns below, half-timbered gable breaking eaves above; half-timbered elevation to right of centre, open timber-balustraded balcony to left of centre.
Red tile roof with cast-iron rainwater goods; swept, overhanging timber eaves with exposed rafter ends, wide splayed timber barge boards to gables with truncated finials at apexes; harled and corniced stack piercing roof at S gable.
