Early 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay terraced house. Squared and snecked stugged sandstone with droved ashlar tails.
W (STREET) ELEVATION: modern partly-glazed door to centre with consoled cornice above; window at 1st floor. Window to each floor of flanking bays.
E ELEVATION: harled; gabled full-height addition to centre and to right.
12-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st floor; modern glazing at ground floor of W elevation. Slate roof with brick mutual stacks. Ashlar coped skews.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1996.
