Mid 19th century with later additions and alterations. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay terraced tenement with pend entrance and shop at ground. Painted polished ashlar at ground; painted harl with droved dressings at 1st floor and to addition at rear. Base course; band course between floors; eaves course.
SE ( HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: pend to left, tripartite shopfront to right. Shopfront with 2-leaf panelled door with internal glazed door and plate glass rectangular fanlight above centre; flanked by plate glass fixed shop windows. Pend entrance to outer left. Window to each bay at 1st floor.
NW ELEVATION: extensive addition projecting from rear.
4-pane timber sash and case windows. Slate roof with ashlar coped mutual stacks and 2 dormers.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.
