Description

Earlier 19th century with later additions and alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay terraced tenement with shop at ground. Mainly painted render to SE elevation; whinstone rubble addition projecting to rear. Base course; fascia; cill course to 1st floor; eaves course.

SE (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: modern glazed door to centre, plate glass rectangular fanlight with window at 1st floor above. Fixed plate glass window at ground and window at 1st floor above of each flanking bay.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Slate roof. Coped stack to centre (behind ridge).

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.
