Description

Joseph Mitchell and Co 1864.
Single storey, H-plan. Rubble with tooled dressings.
7-bay frontage to Station Road; wide recessed centre bay
with angle pilasters and pair slender cast-iron columns,
flanked by 2 narrow bays and end gables with tripartites.
Platform frontage with block pedimented tripartites in end
gables linked by canopy supported on 6 cast-iron columns
similar to those at street facade. 2 and 4-pane sashes; squat
ridge and end stacks; slate roof.
