Description

Late 19th/early 20th century 2-storey 3-bay villa with iron-railed boundary wall. L-plan front, advanced gable left; round-arched centre door; canted ground floor windows. Rubble-built, rendered dressings, like red ashlar. Slate roof, timber trusses removed; iron finials. End stacks. Boundary walls topped by cast-iron railings with art nouveau detailing.
