Description

Late 19th/early 20th century. 2-storey and attic 3-bay villa with iron-railed boundary wall. L-plan front; balustraded wall-head parapet. Rubble-built with concrete dressings mostly unpainted; plate glass sashes (aluminium secondary glazing); slate roof, partly-concealed by wall-head balustrade. Advanced bay at right with tripartite windows in 2-storey square projecting bay, arched shallow porch in re-entrant angle; windows in left bay also mullioned. Corbelled at eaves, below balustrade; pair dormers set behind with arched roofs. End stacks. Low boundary wall to street topped by decorative cast-iron railings, original gate.
