Description

Late 19th century 2-storey villa with 3-bay L-plan front, iron-railed boundary walls. Snecked and squared rubble; contrasting painted render detailing. Advanced gable right (which contains iron-crested 2-storey square projecting bay and attic roundel) and 1st floor dormer heads to remaining bays all have neo-Jacobean shaped gables with iron finials; neo-Georgian and iron-crested porch in re-enrant angle, panelled door, modern radial fanlight. Bipartites in left bay. Modern glazing; skews; end stacks; slate roof. Boundary walls stepped to slope. decorative cast-iron railings, original front gate.
