Mid Victorian 2-storey and basement detached villa, coursed
rubble 3-window canted bay through all floors to left, centre
Roman Doric pilastered doorpiece with railed steps. Basement
large rock-faced coursers, slated, piended and platformed
roof.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
