Mid 19th century. Neo-Jacobean. Tall 2-storey asymmetrical
villa, stugged coursers, advanced gable with canted bay
having tripartite front face on left, Roman doric columned
doorpiece, corbelled gablet feature on right. Single-storey
and attic wing.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. A number of
houses are not of great intrinsic merit but have been listed
for continuity of grouping; taken as a whole the area forms
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later instrusions
