Description

Mid 19th century. Symmetrical 2-storey and basement early
Victorian semi-detached ashlar built villa 2-window between
advanced ends with canted bays, twin arched and consoled
doorpieces with balconies over, railed steps, arched and
keystoned windows above main cornice and blocking course with
ball finials at angles, hipped slated roof.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
