Early 19th century. 3-storey, 2-bay terraced tenement. Polished ashlar. Base course, projecting cills, fascia band and cornice above ground, eaves band.
S (BAKER STREET) ELEVATION: 4 bays at ground, modern shop door flanked by 3 shop windows 2 at left, 1 at right and dominant Fascia board. Regular fenestration above.
Timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing. Graded grey slates. Stack in W gable.
B Group with Nos 4 and 6, 8, 14, 18, 24 and 26, 28 and 30, 9 and 11, 13 and 15, 27 and 29, 31,33 and 35, 37 and 39, 49 and 51 Baker Street. Traditional form above ground contributes to wider success of the terraced group and streetscape.
