Circa 1820. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Squared rubble frontage, random rubble elsewhere, tooled rubble dressings. Centre door reached by short flight of steps; small 1st floor windows in outer bays; 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Coped masonry end stacks;
flat skews; slate roof. Rear garden walls: rubble walls enclose rear plot.
3 and 5 Seafield Place form terrace. They do not appear on l817 plan of Portsoy. B Group with 5 Seafield Place.
