Description

45 SEAFIELD STREET: late 18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Modern harl, painted reveals, harl-pointed rubble rear elevation. Centre door; 4-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof with modern Velux lights.

PEND ARCH TO COMMERCIAL HOTEL REAR COURT: later 18th century. 2-storey

range, continuous with No 45 Seafield Street. High segmental-headed pend arch; small ground and 1st floor windows at left. Slate roof.
