Description

Circa 1830. 3-bay house. 2-storey with attic to south.
2-storey with attic over basement to north. South
elevation: painted render lined as ashlar. Shallow
projecting porch between floors approached by steps.
Double-leaf panelled door, lugged architraved surround,
cornice and blocking course. 12-pane sashes, altered to
ground floor. Eaves band. Slate roof with skews, corniced
end stacks and 2 canted dormers. North elevation: ashlar
with panelled angle pilasters and segment-headed basement
windows; pilastered doorpiece approached by steps with
entablature and block pediment. Architraved windows with
cornices to ground floor; eaves cornice; 2 canted dormers.
