1783. 3-storey with attic. 8-bays, 5 to No 29 and 3 to
No 31 which has also bowed corner. Ashlar with pilasters
between Nos 29 and 31 and to east angle. Modern shops to
ground floor. 1st and 2nd floor windows are architraved
2-pane sashes, those to 1st with cornices and fluted
friezes. Pilastered and corniced bipartites to bow. Mutuled
eaves cornice and blocking course. Slate roof with straight
skews. 7 slate-hung gabletted dormers.
B Group with 23-27 George Street. Dated rainwater head.
