has bronze framed display windows with small panes above
and 2 doorways recessed to left and right. Cornice over.
1st and 2nd floor have recessed canted bronze framed
windows linked vertically by bronze panel with a relief
of wreath. Ashlar piers between. Eaves cornice and parapet.
Mansard roof with skylights.
